Dancehall artist Intence is set to drop his 6-track EP Sólo Chicas on August 8, a project tailored for the ladies and riding the momentum of his viral hit “SHH” and a standout performance at Alkaline’s New Rules Festival. The release will be accompanied by three music videos, all dropping the same day.

Intence setting the stage for "VOYAGE" album
Jamaican dancehall artist Intence is set to drop his new EP, Sólo Chicas, on Friday, August 8 via VP Records. The six-track release serves as a prelude to his highly anticipated debut album, VOYAGE, slated for October 3.
The EP will be accompanied by three music videos, “B.P.P.E.,” “Don’t It,” and “Missing You”, all set to premiere alongside the project on August 8.
A project tailored for the ladies, Sólo Chicas explores themes of desire, heartbreak, and romantic tension. It builds on the success of his 2024 hit “SHH,” a Countree Hype-produced single that has racked up over 21 million views. On the EP, Intence delivers a loose sequel with “B.P.P.E.,” a high-energy party anthem that boldly celebrates feminine allure in true dancehall fashion.
Across the EP, Intence weaves between emotional openness and confident edge. On “Missing You,” he delves into the pain of post-breakup reflection, while “Right Now” delivers sharp, unapologetic jabs at a former lover. He shifts gears with “Don’t It,” a smooth, melodic track that embraces infatuation, before wrapping the project with “Seduction,” a bold and emotionally intense closer.
With the exception of “Seduction,” produced by Dishawn “Speck” Spragg, the EP is fully produced by Nuh Brakes Recordz, Intence’s father’s label and longtime creative partner.
Intence will release music videos for “B.P.P.E.,” “Don’t It, and “Missing You” on the same day as the EP, August 8.

Always targets at the ladies
Following his recent performance at Alkaline’s New Rules Festival in Trelawny, Jamaica, Intence continues to expand his catalog while growing his global fan base, from Jamaica and the wider Caribbean to the U.S. and U.K.
