The unstoppable momentum of UpTop Boss Teejay continues, as his mega-hit single "Drift" continues to make waves in uncharted territory, now featured as an action emote in the popular video game "Fortnite".
Fortnite gamers, who now have a new series of icons for their virtual battles, will now witness the iconic dance moves of "Drift" among their avatars, undoubtedly propelling its presence further into the mainstream.
Originally choreographed by the renowned Jamaican dancer Gabbidon, "Drift" skyrocketed to fame alongside Teejay, landing on the Billboard charts three times. The song, co-produced by Panda and DJ Mac, has garnered an impressive 25 million views on YouTube to date, and has been remixed globally, once with Nigerian Afrobeat sensation Davido, and another with Moroccan-American rapper French Montana.
Teejay, who recently dropped his debut EP "I'm Chippy," has been announced as the headliner for Igloo on Jamaica Independence Day, August 6th, as part of the Dream Weekend festivities.
