The highly anticipated staging event of Dream Weekend staging event is set to return for its annual week-long return, showcasing top-tier entertainment by artists and DJs across various music genres in Negril from August 2-6, 2024.
This year's lineup boasts renowned dancehall artists like Tommy Lee Sparta, Aidonia, Teejay, Mr. Vegas, and dancehall diva Jada Kingdom, with more artists expected to join the stage.
The weekend is meticulously organized with an array of top-notch events. Yush sets the nostalgic tone with tunes from the 90s to the 2000s, while dancehall veteran Mr. Vegas takes the stage on August 3. The Celebrity Playground spotlights Aidonia on August 5, ensuring excitement every day. Additionally, enjoy daily vibrant gatherings, refreshing water parties, and a lifestyle that doesn't compromise.
Ron Burke, the Festival Director & Marketing Manager of Dream Weekend, expressed anticipation for the 2024 event, stating, "We expect a bumper crowd for 2024, doubling the numbers from 2023, as online sales have already doubled from last year. As such, the 15th anniversary of Dream Weekend, taking place from August 2nd to 6th, will be one for the record books. From production to actual execution, it’s a total revamp. Patrons can expect nothing but greatness."
Dancehall takes center stage at this event, complemented by elements of popular music genres including pop, house, hip hop, rap, and soca. With both day and night events, Dream Weekend is renowned as the Caribbean's largest party experience, celebrating its 15th edition this year and promising an exhilarating time for patrons.
