Jamaican recording artiste CARLI is entering a new chapter in his musical journey with the release of his latest single, “In the Box,” as he continues to build his catalogue of original recordings.
CARLI, whose given name is Born Shawne Richardson, the emerging artiste hails from St. Mary, Jamaica, where his passion for music began at an early age.
Encouraged by his grandmother, who remains an important influence in his life, CARLI developed his singing abilities through school and church. “What began as a childhood love for singing is now a serious commitment to creating and releasing original music,” he said.
Drawing inspiration from Dancehall and Reggae artistes such as Sizzla Kalonji, Vybz Kartel and Munga Honorable, who have helped shape his musical style, CARLI is now pursuing music professionally under the management of Lifeline Entertainment Agency, focusing on establishing his own identity and expanding his catalogue of original recordings.
