Trinidadian DJ and super-producer Deejay Punz has teamed up with dancehall star Skillibeng to release the visuals for their eccentric track “Bumpa Move,” which premiered on Thursday, August 28. The audio, released in June, has already racked up over 600,000 views.

For too long, Caribbean women have endured body shaming and pressure to conform to Eurocentric beauty standards. “Bumpa Move” serves as a bold celebration of liberation, Carnival energy, and unapologetic self-expression, positioning itself as a defining anthem in the Bouyon genre.

“Bumpa Move challenges these norms, embracing the unique beauty and diversity of Caribbean women,” said Punz, whose given name is Richard Romano.
