International dancehall icon Sean Paul and Jamaican dancehall/R&B songstress Stalk Ashley reunite in the studio for their second collaboration, “Ready for the Ride.” The chemistry is undeniable, with a synergy that feels natural and perfectly timed.

Produced by London-based hitmaker Scribz Riley, a two-time Grammy winner recognized for his work on Cardi B’s Invasion of Privacy, the track fuses authentic Jamaican dancehall with a polished, global sound. A pulsating bassline keeps the record grounded in dancehall’s core, while subtle Afrobeats influences, silky R&B textures, and reggaeton-inspired drum patterns expand its crossover appeal.

Both artists first connected in 2024 on “Stay With Me,” featured on Stalk Ashley’s debut album Stalky the Bratt, which signaled her emergence on the international dancehall stage.

While their first effort leaned into intimacy and vulnerability, “Ready for the Ride” plays like a confident next chapter. It shifts from questioning love to choosing commitment. Sean Paul moves beyond mentor mode into a fully balanced creative partnership, while Stalk Ashley steps forward with even greater boldness and presence. The result is a track that feels equally at home in the club and in more reflective moments, with Sean delivering his trademark reassurance and Stalk Ashley embodying a self-assured woman clear about her worth and ready for what lies ahead.

The single is set for release on Thursday, February 27, 2026, across all major streaming platforms via Sean Paul’s Dutty Rock Productions imprint, in partnership with Milk & Honey Records, the newly launched label from global entertainment powerhouse Milk & Honey Music + Sports + Ventures.

Accompanied by an official music video directed by Kieran Khan, “Ready For The Ride” is also poised to deliver a visual experience that matches the song’s energy - cinematic, vibrant, and organically styled.

Meanwhile, multi-award-winning dancehall icon Sean Paul embarks on his headline European tour this month, with a two-week run across France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany. More than 250,000 fans are expected to experience the new track’s energy live, along with his iconic tracks like “Give It Up To Me,” which is climbing the Spotify Viral 50 and trending across TikTok and Shazam.
