After much anticipation, VaCae Weekend 2024, powered by Smirnoff and Wisynco Group, exceeded expectations with an impressive lineup of DJs, performers, and celebrities, transforming into the ultimate playground for both locals and tourists. With over 8,000 attendees throughout the incident-free weekend, the highlights of this unforgettable occasion remain unmatched.

Organized by the Directors of Twenty 14 Limited, VaCae Weekend from March 29th to April 1st in Ocho Rios, St. Ann, has become a renowned event, attracting locals and tourists alike interested in Caribbean entertainment and lifestyle.

The festivities commenced at Plantation Cove in St. Ann with The Lawn, followed by a series of high-energy events showcasing the best of dancehall, including a stellar performance by rising star Bayka.

Other standout events included Aqua Holix, the ultimate water party at Bay Beach in Ocho Rios, and the Strictly 2K Throwback Music Festival, which paid homage to the best of the 2000s with Tony Matterhorn leading the charge.

The Estate, featuring an all-white theme, provided a luxurious ambiance and photo opportunities galore. Ova Suh brought a sultry atmosphere, with patrons dressed in lingerie and unique pajamas, enjoying urban music until the early hours of the morning.

The weekend culminated in the successful Sandz event, where 8,000 revelers were treated to captivating performances by dancehall star Jada Kingdom and international rap sensation Yung Miami, joined by Jamaican dancer and influencer Rebel. Additional performances by Skeng and Jahshii, including a long-awaited reunion performance by Aidonia, further heightened the excitement.

Andrew Ellis, CEO of Twenty 14 Limited, expressed optimism about the event's impact on Jamaica's entertainment landscape. "This weekend signals a catalyst for change in how government and corporate Jamaica view events of this nature. We were able to create countless job opportunities for Jamaicans while increasing revenue from tourism. VaCae Weekend, through the help of our loyal fanbase, has grown tremendously and as we continue to grow, we will embrace additional markets to export our events".

Looking ahead, the Twenty 14 Limited team is gearing up for a series of Sandz events in Florida, New York, Toronto, Ocho Rios, and St. Elizabeth, demonstrating their commitment to expanding their reach across various markets.
