Kingston is ready to reclaim its spot as Jamaica’s entertainment capital during Heroes Weekend with Greatness Weekend 2025 - a four-day entertainment series packed with premium events and non-stop vibes. From Friday, October 17 to Monday, October 20, the city will host PCF Night Swim, Recall Festival, CUPS: The Ultra White Affair, and the Greatness Pink & White Brunch, each highlighting Kingston’s flair for world-class entertainment.

The weekend begins on Friday, October 17, with PCF Night Swim, a premium pool party that began in 2016 and has since cultivated a loyal and youthful fan base. This year, PCF will make history as the first event to be staged at the recently reopened Rockfort Mineral Bath in St. Andrew, a location it also holds the distinction of being the last to host before its closure. “Over the past nine years, PCF has always taken pride in listening to our patrons and doing everything in our power to meet their needs while bringing in fresh concepts. By doing this, we have maintained a devoted following over the years as we develop and pay attention to our patrons,” said Curtis Hyatt, Organizer of PCF. “When the Greatness Team approached us, we knew it was time someone brought a series like this to Kingston. Greatness Weekend provides reasonably priced, high-quality experiences for patrons who want to celebrate Heroes Weekend without leaving the city.”

On Saturday, October 18, Recall: Short Shorts vs. Mini Skirt Festival lights up Mas Camp with timeless fashion and music, drawing one of its biggest crowds yet. “The event started with a group of friends who loved old-school music. We saw a space in the market and decided to fill it. Greatness Weekend allows us to give Kingston an alternative for those who cannot or prefer not to travel out of town. It’s about keeping the city alive and offering a nostalgic, stylish experience,” said Fabian O’Hara, promoter of Recall.

Heading to Sunday, October 19 will see the spotlight turn to CUPS – The Ultra White Affair, celebrating its 10th anniversary. A staple in New York, CUPS is renowned for its sophisticated, all-white cooler party concept. This year, it will take over Lot 15 at the Kingston Waterfront. “Over the past few years, CUPS NYC has undergone a transformative journey, evolving into a cultural cornerstone for reggae and Caribbean entertainment in the Tri-State area. Partnering with Greatness Weekend is an exciting milestone, allowing us to expand in Jamaica while collaborating with visionary event planners and engaging a diverse community,” said Tamark Bailey, promoter of CUPS. “This partnership unlocks opportunities for brand expansion, stakeholder engagement, and cultural collaboration. We are proud to join the inaugural Greatness Weekend and contribute to its legacy from day one.”

The weekend wraps on Monday, October 20 with the Greatness Pink & White Brunch at Hope Gardens, Kingston’s premier food-inclusive event, blending music, chic décor, and premium cuisine into a Heroes Weekend finale. “The Pink & White Brunch is unique. It’s about style, elegance, and, most importantly, food. We are known for our multiple food stations and diverse cuisines that highlight top chefs and premium dining experiences. My vision was always to expand from a single brunch into a weekend series of top-quality events that bring people together and create lasting memories,” said Larone Brown, CEO of Greatness Group and founder of the Pink & White Brunch.

Greatness Weekend 2025 is here to prove that Kingston is the stage for world-class entertainment. These events represent culture, creativity, and commerce, boosting tourism, supporting local businesses, and creating unforgettable experiences.
