“Shake It To The Max (Fly)” Remix strikes Gold in America
Ghanaian-American sensation Moliy’s “Shake It To The Max (Fly)” remix, alongside dancehall stars Skillibeng and Shenseea, which produced by Silent Addy and Disco Neil, continues its global dominance with another major milestone, earning Gold certification in the United States on Monday, February 23.
According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), the track was certified Gold after surpassing 500,000 units in combined sales and streaming equivalents in the U.S.
The Afro-dancehall smash, which dominated much of 2025 across charts and airwaves, has amassed over 400 million Spotify streams to date and more than 243 million views on YouTube, solidifying its status as one of the year’s biggest cross-continental records.
The new certification adds to a growing list of international achievements, including Platinum certification in France for over 200,000 units, Gold in the United Kingdom reflecting over 400,000 units sold, Gold in New Zealand (15,000 units), and Gold recognition in Greece after surpassing 1 million streams.
The RIAA honors another milestone for the trio. Moliy previously struck Gold with her now-Platinum hit “Sad Girlz Luv Money” alongside Amaarae. Shenseea earned her first U.S Gold for her contribution to Kanye West’s “Pure Souls,” while Skillibeng secured his through the Tyla and Gunna collaboration “Jump.”
For Silent Addy, who co-produced the record with Disco Neil under their Bashment Sound imprint, the certification represents his first RIAA Gold. The production duo is set to release another major collaboration this Friday titled “Ballerina,” featuring Skillibeng and Nigerian Afrobeats heavyweight Rema, signaling that their global run is far from over.
