Fiwi Campus kicks off 2026 with the first staging of ‘GEN NOW,’ featuring Trinidadian artist Twin Sanity."Spotlighting him now aligns with our commitment to supporting artists before the breakthrough, not after", said Javaugh Bell from the team

Fiwi Campus has steadily carved out its place as one of Jamaica’s most visible youth-driven platforms, championing talent, culture, and emerging creatives. Through FiwiSoun, interviews, and event coverage, the platform continues to amplify young voices while blending education, entertainment, and community - reimagining “campus” as any space where creativity and growth collide.
That mission comes into sharp focus on January 8, as Fiwi Campus launches its first staging of 2026 with GEN NOW, set for 444 Atelier Studio in Kingston. Designed as a live showcase for the next wave of talent, the event offers young artists the opportunity to move beyond digital buzz and into real-world visibility.
"GEN NOW is a direct extension of what FiwiCampus stands for: creating spaces where young talent, culture, and community intersect. We don’t just document youth culture; we activate it. GEN NOW reinforces our mission by giving emerging artists a real stage, real audiences, and real visibility at a crucial point in their growth", shared Javaughn Bell from the team.
One of the standout moments on the lineup comes from Trinidadian act Twin Sanity, who is billed to deliver his first live performance outside of Trinidad - marking a defining transition in his artistic journey.
"Twin Sanity represents the essence of GEN NOW: a new-generation artist in a moment of transition. This stage of his career, moving from digital buzz to live performance, is where exposure matters most. Spotlighting him now aligns with our commitment to supporting artists before the breakthrough, not after", he added.
GEN NOW is also supported by strategic partnerships with Audiomack, WeLoveNetwork, and other platforms, reinforcing Fiwi Campus’ wider commitment to discovery, regional exchange, and youth-led culture across the Caribbean.
"Our partnerships are very intentional. Audiomack and WeLoveNetwork support GEN NOW’s focus on discovery and cross-regional youth culture," Bell explained. "Audiomack helps amplify the artists beyond the venue, while WeLoveNetwork strengthens the Caribbean connection by bridging audiences and talent. Together with our other partners, they help create a professional, culturally grounded experience."
At its core, GEN NOW is built for young people immersed in culture - students, creatives, and music lovers shaping what’s next. The message is clear: your talent matters, your culture matters, and there is space for you to be seen and supported right now.
"Attendees can expect an intimate, high-energy experience that feels raw and authentic. GEN NOW is about discovery, connection, and being part of a cultural moment that’s unfolding in real time," he concluded.
