Chadoe drops a deeply personal project

Rising dancehall artiste Chadoe has released his 11-track EP, Table Must Turn, on Friday, June 19, led by the opening track "Reasoning," which has already begun generating attention among fans.

Produced by his management team, Tearsyde Entertainment, the project explores themes of ambition, perseverance, self-reflection, and chasing dreams as the young artiste continues to carve out his place in the music industry. The EP features notable collaborations, including "Escape Poverty" with Jahshii and the title track "Table Turn" featuring fellow rising talent Jamari.

"Honestly, it has not been the easiest task because I'm still young and learning, but I'm always open to gaining knowledge and improving my craft," Chadoe shared. "My music comes from real-life situations, and I tend to mix reality with words and unique melodies."

Speaking about his favorite track on the project, "Reasoning," Chadoe described it as a deeply personal record. "The song is a heated self-reflective conversation between me and myself in the mirror. The overall creative process for this song was remarkable," he said.

Chadoe, whose given name is Chadrick Coombs, was born and raised in the vibrant Waterhouse community of Kingston. He began pursuing music while finishing school in 2018 before officially releasing songs in 2019. Since then, he has steadily expanded his catalog and continued developing his sound.

"My EP is a small fusion of my catalog. To be honest, there are no skips, and it consciously has a track that appeals to all ages," Chadoe added.

With Table Must Turn now available, fans can expect even more from the budding talent as he continues his rise within the dancehall scene.
