The countdown is on for the second staging of Treasure Beach’s Food, Rum & Reggae Festival, set for November 7–9, 2025. Organizers have announced a powerhouse lineup of headliners, with festival-goers set to enjoy performances from reggae icons Chris Martin, Agent Sasco, and Capleton, alongside performances from some rising stars.

After a spectacular 2023 debut featuring Richie Spice, Jesse Royal, and Luciano, this year’s edition promises to raise the bar even higher. Staying true to its mission of celebrating the richness of St. Elizabeth, famously known as the island’s Bread Basket, the three day festival will immerse patrons in live stage shows under the stars, intimate cultural showcases, and rhythmic beats that capture the spirit of Treasure Beach. The experience will be rounded out with DJs, drummers, and local talent, ensuring each night feels like a one-of-a-kind celebration.

Festival Co-Director Jason Henzell reflected on the roots of the event, noting, “Having grown up around my father & Chris Blackwell, I had an early appreciation for Reggae music. My mother took me to see Bob Marley at Reggae Sunsplash when I was 9 years old and my sister and I promoted our first concert at the age of 23 with Ziggy Marley & the Melody Makers.” He continued, “Over the years we have had some amazing concerts including Toots & the Maytals, Gregory Issacs, Lee Scratch Perry, Morgan’s Heritage, Luciano, Protoje, Lila Ike and others. When conceptualizing the Treasure Beach Food, Rum & Reggae Festival, we knew we wanted Reggae to be a key element and we’re proud to be in a position to deliver on that promise with this year’s iconic lineup.”

Veteran deejay Agent Sasco also shared his excitement, saying, “I’m very excited for the opportunity to be a part of an event still emerging after its inaugural staging two years ago. I love the concept and texture of the event and I consider it a very welcome addition to the event landscape in Jamaica, especially being on the South Coast.”

A new addition to this year’s staging is a high-energy Breakfast Party at Jack Sprat on Saturday, November 8, blending reggae with EDM. Featuring DJs Kamal Bankay and DJ Pietro, the event promises to bring a fresh vibe while staying true to the festival’s reggae foundation.

With the Jamaica Tourist Board on board as an official partner, the festival not only celebrates music but also highlights the parish’s cultural tourism appeal. Patrons can look forward to guided tours of nearby attractions such as Lover’s Leap, Pelican Bar, and Middle Quarters, while also enjoying the Food & Rum Village, cultural showcases, and the unmatched energy of the Treasure Beach community.
