Vybz Kartel to Host “Vybz Island Experience” on Exclusive Private Island

Dancehall icon Vybz Kartel, alongside executive producer Skatta Burrell and Spectra Entertainment, has announced a first-of-its-kind luxury dancehall experience set for April 9–12 next year

Dancehall Worl’ Boss Vybz Kartel, alongside executive producer Skatta Burrell and Spectra Entertainment, has introduced the Vybz Island Experience, a first-of-its-kind luxury dancehall getaway set for April 9–12, 2027.

Headlined by Vybz Kartel, the experience ushers in a new era of private island dancehall day parties and concerts, with more than 40 DJs, artists, and top-tier entertainers shaping the programming from headline performances to curated late-night sessions.

The four-day event will feature 20+ parties, 40+ artists, and 72 hours of nonstop vibes, where dancehall music, luxury, and culture come together for one unforgettable weekend.

Elevating the concept even further, the event will include two floating hotels, offering a unique fusion of high-end accommodation and immersive entertainment. “This is not simply a lineup. It is Dancehall presented with precision,” the team said in a statement.

The Vybz Island Experience adds to Kartel’s growing list of ventures since his release, with the dancehall icon also set to host his second annual Freedom Street later this year with two sold-out shows announced in Malta under the Gaza vs. Gully banner alongside fellow dancehall star Mavado, and additional dates potentially on the horizon.
