Having launched singles from Popcaan, Dexta Daps, and Jada Kingdom in just one month, the label is already setting its sights on the upcoming 'Milestone' project

As 2024 unfolds, the flourishing Slingerz Records remains resolute in its commitment to brand expansion. With significant contributions to numerous hit singles over the past two to three years, the label, deeply rooted in both Guyana and the USA, maintains its steadfast dedication to delivering top-notch productions.

Fresh off the success of their involvement in Popcaan's unexpected Christmas mixtape, 'Best Mood,' featuring the single 'Always Welcomed,' the label is currently channeling its efforts into the release of more singles.

They recently left their mark on Dexta Daps's chart-topping 'Trilogy' album with the production of 'Strength,' and they've teamed up with Valiant's label, Diplomats Records, for a new track titled 'Top Tier' by dancehall songstress Jada Kingdom, set to be officially released by Friday, January 19.

Moving forward from her recent lyrical clash with Stefflon Don, Twinkle returns to her strengths with alluring melodies and a gentle voice. The upcoming single, accompanied by a video, is highly anticipated. Kevin Balgobin of Slingerz Records expressed gratitude, saying, "I’m extremely grateful for working with Dancehall’s heavyweights like Popcaan, Dexta Daps, and Jada Kingdom, all released within one month. Not many producers get that opportunity, so for me, it’s definitely a big deal."

The label now sets its sights on the "Milestone Riddim" scheduled between mid-February and early March. The lineup includes singles from dancehall stars such as Valiant, Kraff, and a collaboration between Konshens and the emerging talent Nhance, while the video has already been shot in Jamaica for the latter, with plans to incorporate more artists into the juggling.
