Shenseea to Headline Toronto’s Urbanova Festival This September

The Jamaican singer joins DaBaby and Swae Lee for the two-day Toronto event as organizers target a 15,000-capacity sellout and establish Urbanova as a new hub for urban music culture

Jamaican superstar Shenseea is set to headline Urbanova Festival at the Markham Fairgrounds in Toronto, Canada, taking place September 5–6.
The highly anticipated event will also feature American rappers DaBaby and Swae Lee, with an additional global superstar still to be announced. The festival is shaping up to be a major celebration of dancehall, hip hop, Afrobeats, and urban music, bringing together diverse sounds and cultures on one stage.
With a 15,000-capacity crowd expected, Urbanova Festival is aiming for a sold-out debut while bringing a unique energy to one of Canada's growing platforms for Caribbean and urban music.
The upcoming appearance will add another stop to the "Hit & Run" singer's already busy summer schedule. Shenseea is set to perform at Blastfest in Seattle on July 18 before heading to Europe for appearances at Reggae Land in the UK on August 2 and Rototom Sunsplash later that month in Spain.
Shenseea is no stranger to Canadian audiences. The Jamaican star previously performed at Rolling Loud Toronto in 2022 and returned to Canada last year for the Summer of Soca (SOS) Festival. She joined Jhené Aiko's Magic Hour Tour last year in Toronto.
