Shenseea's smash hit single "Hit & Run" featuring Masicka has surpassed 100 million views, becoming the fastest all-Jamaican collaboration to achieve this milestone.
Produced by renowned Jamaican hitmaker Di Genius, the single was released on January 26 and made a significant global impact, earning spots on multiple Billboard charts. The song claimed the #1 position on Apple Music in six Caribbean nations, including Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, the Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Seychelles, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
"Hit & Run" portrays a narrative of contrasting relationship dynamics, with Shenseea expressing her preference for a casual connection. Masicka counters by accusing her of being heartless after their brief encounter, adding depth to the song’s storyline.
This marks Shenseea's second all-Jamaican collaboration to surpass 100 million views on YouTube. Her previous hit "Lighter" with Tarrus Riley, released in 2020, reached the milestone earlier this year and currently stands at 110 million views.
