Global Dancehall superstar Sean Paul added another achievement to his illustrious career by winning the award for Best Collaboration Crossover Of The Year for his track "Nina Bonita," featuring Colombian singer Feid, at the 9th Annual Latin American Music Awards. The event took place last night at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas, USA.
Released a year ago, the single has amassed over 57 million views, solidifying its status as a global hit. Additionally, Sean Paul was nominated for Best Crossover Artist, however, the award went to Marshmello.
Another achievement for Sean Paul
Colombian singer Karol G, alongside Feid, emerged as the biggest winners of the night. The 33-year-old singer took home six awards, including Artist of the Year and Album of the Year for her 2023 release, "Mañana Será Bonito." This album had previously earned the Album of the Year title at the Latin Grammys and was recognized as the Urban Album of the Year at the Anglo Grammys. Furthermore, Karol triumphed with Song of the Year for her anthem "TQG," a collaboration with Shakira. The Colombian singer, Fied won the Streaming Artist Of The Year award.
Feid showcased his musical prowess on stage with a captivating performance alongside Farruko and Jay Wheeler in a special tribute to Yandel.
