Rising modern dancehall force RajahWild joins the growing conversation around producer Joel Engineer’s Unlocked Riddim with his latest track, “Beholder.”
Bringing his distinctive voice and style to the production, RajahWild taps into the confidence and raw energy that have become signatures of his sound. The track centres on money, ambition and the lifestyle that comes with success, offering another glimpse into the mindset behind the artiste’s increasingly visible yet dark presence in modern dancehall.
“Beholder” adds another dimension to the already buzzing Unlocked Riddim, which features some of dancehall’s biggest and most talked-about names, including Popcaan, Vybz Kartel, Natebadz and Likkle Vybz.
Produced by talented Joel Engineer, the Unlocked Riddim brings different generations and styles of dancehall together on one production. With each artiste putting their own stamp on the beat, the project is developing into a showcase for some of the genre’s most compelling voices.
“The idea behind the Unlocked Riddim was always to create a sound that would allow for the artists to make the riddim their own. RajahWild understood that assignment. ‘Beholder’ brings a different energy to the project, and that’s exactly what makes a riddim like this exciting,” shared prodcucerJoel Engineer.
Known for his energetic delivery, contemporary dancehall sound and connection with a younger generation of listeners, RajahWild continues to carve out his own lane within Jamaica’s evolving dancehall landscape. His addition to Unlocked further places him among the voices helping to shape the genre’s current sound.
