Dancehall deejay Quick Cook, known for his witty street slang and energetic delivery, says he’s pleased with the current progress of his music career.
With songs in steady rotation at weekly street dances and nightlife events, the deejay has been making his presence felt across party circuits. He brings the “Life A Di Party” on the viral “WYFL” riddim by DJ Mac, while keeping the ladies in check on another catchy singles, “Balance,” and “Money.”
“The songs get strong airplay at parties like Boom Sunday, Bounty Sundayz, Uptown Mondays, Lego the Streets, Boasy Tuesday, Weddy Weddy, Wappingzz, and Feel Good Thursdays,” Quick Cook shared, noting that visuals for the singles were recently released.
The Jamaican recording artist and songwriter continues to enjoy strong momentum from “Balance,” which remains active on the streets. He also highlighted the importance of his independent imprint, Bread Organization Records, explaining that the label was created to give him full control over his creative direction and is led by his son, Demari.
