Popcaan and Notnice Reunite After Six Years with New Single "Lifestyle Moment"

Hitmakers Popcaan and Grammy-winning producer Notnice, the iconic Portmore Empire producer, are set to deliver another dancehall hit this Friday, June 27.

First collab in six years

Dancehall superstar Popcaan and Grammy-winning producer Ainsley ‘Notnice’ Morris have joined forces for a new single titled "Lifestyle Moment," marking their first official collaboration in nearly six years.

Set for release this Friday, June 27, across all major digital platforms via OneRPM, the track is already generating buzz as fans anticipate the return of the dynamic chemistry that defined their earlier hits.

Notnice, known for co-founding Adidjaheim Records with Vybz Kartel in 2006 and crafting numerous hits for the Portmore Empire, played a key role in Popcaan’s early success with songs like "Dream", "Gangsta City", "World Cup", and many others.

Their last joint project was in 2019, when Popcaan delivered the heartfelt New Found Love, a modern cover of Garnet Silk’s Place In Your Heart. “This is just the first of many, as we have more tracks already recorded and ready to be released,” Notnice stated.

After a public fallout in 2020, the two have since reconciled. They were first seen together again at a school event for Notnice’s son, who is also Popcaan’s nephew, and later shared the stage at Vybz Kartel’s Freedom Street event, signaling a renewed partnership.
