The National Senior Bodybuilding Championships was held on Saturday night at The Little Theatre, showcasing record participation, with Kymani Kirby copping three titles

The National Senior Championships bodybuilding competition lit up The Little Theatre on Saturday, delivering a seamless and electrifying showcase that drew an impressive crowd. True to promise, the showdown started right on time and flowed with remarkable precision- something the audience clearly appreciated.


The competition featured a wide range of categories designed to highlight diverse physiques and disciplines. On the men’s side, divisions included Men's Physique (Short, Medium, and Tall classes), Muscular Men's Physique, Bodybuilding (Middleweight, Light Heavyweight, and Heavyweight), and Classic Bodybuilding. The women competed across Bikini Fitness (Short and Tall), Bikini Wellness, Women's Body Fitness, and Women's Physique.

Kymani Kirby was the standout winner, scooping three titles, the Classic, Middleweight, and Overall crowns.


This year set a new record with 22 gyms participating, underscoring the event’s rising profile and the strength of the growing fitness community. The energy in the room was charged with positive energy, as both competitors and the audience were fully engaged from start to finish.



The show was expertly hosted by the dynamic Jennifer “Jenny Jenny” Smalls, whose lively presence kept the energy high and the program moving effortlessly. Beyond the competition itself, fans enjoyed special prizes, giveaways of top fitness products, and interactive challenges, all of which added extra excitement and value to the evening.
