Grammy-nominated Reggae singer-songwriter Mortimer has announced new dates for his European and UK tour in March 2027, following a serious injury that has left him unable to travel internationally.
The Jamaican singer’s Live Acoustic Experience tour will kick off on March 3 at Melkweg in Amsterdam, with stops in Paris, Berlin, Schaffhausen, Birmingham, Manchester, London and Brussels before concluding on March 13 at U-Club in Wuppertal, Germany.
The new dates come after Mortimer was forced to reschedule his originally planned November and December 2026 performances due to health concerns.
“I’ve been dealing with a serious injury, and as a result, I’m currently unable to travel internationally. Unfortunately, the scheduled shows we were all so excited about across Europe and the UK in November and December 2026 will have to be postponed,” he shared in a statement on social media.
“The great news is that thanks to my team along with all the promoters we’ve managed to reschedule and I will be back in March 2027 for a new series of shows, and I look forward to seeing you all then!” he added.
Known for his distinctive vocals and soulful songwriting, Mortimer earned his first Grammy nomination for Best Reggae Album at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards for his debut album, From Within.
