Jamaican Businessman Claims J$258.5 Million Super Lotto Jackpot

New Super Millionaire Mr. A. Byfield plans to invest in his business and secure a brighter future for his family after becoming Jamaica's second Super Lotto jackpot winner of 2026.

Jamaica's newest Super Millionaire has claimed his J$258.5 million Super Lotto jackpot after matching the winning numbers 6, 12, 14, 18, 21, with Super Ball 2 in June.

An avid Lotto player, Mr. A. Byfield unexpectedly bought a Super Lotto ticket instead of his usual draw. He only discovered he had won while visiting his local lottery retailer to purchase another ticket, where he learned the jackpot winner came from that location.

He learnt of his win after visiting his local lottery retailer to purchase another ticket. “My workers were looking at me, with no idea what had just happened, but all I could say was Yes! Thank you, Jesus!” were his first words after realising the winning ticket was his.

Asked who was the first person he told about his win, Byfield did not hesitate: his wife. He’s a dedicated family man, and plans to use his winnings to change his family's life. Byfield said the first person he shared the news with was his wife, adding that he plans to use the winnings to transform his family's future.
