Bringing Caribbean music to the world, rising dancehall artist Ayetian has been making waves, marking a successful February and solidifying his presence in the Caribbean dancehall scene.
Continuing his momentum in 2024 with several viral hits, including Anyweh, which amassed 9.4 million views on YouTube, Ayetian has further cemented his fan base. Riding the success of his breakout hit Balance, the Haitian singer released his debut EP, Trini Pack, on Valentine’s Day.
His single, part of DJ Mac's Down Riddim, went viral across the Caribbean, topping YouTube Trending and securing the #1 spot on Audiomack playlists in multiple Caribbean countries. The track has racked up over 9 million views across various platforms.
Ayetian’s rise caught the attention of Trinidadian soca legend Machel Montano, who later brought in R&B star Ne-Yo for a crossover remix titled "Truth & Balance". Montano even brought him out during Trinidad Carnival, a major co-sign for the young artist.
While February’s selection marks his first recognition as Kaboom Mag’s Artist of the Month, with his trajectory, the "1 Gyal Everyday" deejay could earn more mentions in the near future as he continues to bring his music across the Caribbean.
