Jamaican Reggae artiste Ras-I announces his upcoming headline concert, "KINGMAN LIVE: The Heart of Love Experience," scheduled for Saturday, December 5, 2026. Presented by Ras-I Musique and Niche Entertainment Group, with Red Stripe as title partner, the debut staging promises an intimate live experience celebrating his third studio album, Heart of Love.
The concert follows the release of Heart of Love, which is among the albums submitted for Grammy consideration.
“I initially wanted to do this show in 2023, but for a few reasons, it just never materialized or felt like the right timing. But here we are in 2026!” Ras-I shared. “Capitalizing on the success of the Heart of Love album, everything is aligning well and in Jah timing as well.”
“KINGMAN LIVE is about bringing people together to share in the music. Whether they know the songs by heart or are just discovering Heart of Love, I want everyone to feel part of the experience. Come ready to sing with me and enjoy some good reggae music. I want people to leave still singing, with a lighter heart and even more love for reggae,” he added.
Red Stripe Brand Manager Amoye Phillpotts-Brown also expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. “As the Beer of Jamaica, we’re always excited to be part of experiences that celebrate our music and culture, and Kingman Live is exactly that. We’re proud to partner with Ras-I and the Niche team to bring together some of reggae’s established names alongside exciting young talent,” she said.
“Reggae is such an important part of who we are as Jamaicans, and what makes it even more special is how it connects people from all walks of life. We’re looking forward to a great night of reggae music, people coming together and enjoying the experience with a cold Red Stripe,” she added.
“The album being considered for the Grammy Awards is great. I feel just to be in the conversation is already a win in my books.”
Reflecting on the album's Grammy consideration, the Reggae singer expressed his appreciation for the recognition. “The album being considered for the Grammy Awards is great. I feel just to be in the conversation is already a win in my books,” he said.
The concert marks another milestone for Ras-I, who was named Best New Reggae Artist at the 2024 Caribbean Music Awards and whose single "Somewhere Wonderful" was featured in the Jamaica Tourist Board's 2025 Easter campaign. Having performed at major festivals including Reggae Sumfest, Rebel Salute, City Splash and Reggae Geel, the singer now prepares to bring his latest album to the live stage, with additional performing acts to be announced soon.
