Following a sold-out show in New York, Aidonia brings the celebration to Kingston. Backed by Romeich Entertainment and Courvoisier, the Sabina Park concert will feature stars like Bounty Killer, Skeng, Ding Dong and Capleton in a night that celebrates two decades of dancehall greatness

After 20 years of lyrical dominance, hit records, and lasting impact on dancehall, Aidonia is bringing the celebration to his roots. Following a sold-out show at New York’s UBS Arena on May 3rd, the veteran deejay is now set to headline the Kingston leg of his 20th anniversary this Saturday at Sabina Park, and judging by the buzz across streets and social media, it’s gearing up to be a historic night.


Backed by renowned event producer Romeich Entertainment, the Kingston show on May 10 will feature high-profile guests including Ding Dong, Bounty Killer, Skeng, Capleton, Valiant, Di Genius, Rajah Wild, and Kraff—promising an unforgettable night of lyricism and a journey through dancehall’s eras.


Speaking ahead of the show, he shared how much the night means to him and his plans to connect with day-one fans in the city that raised him. “Basically it’s going to have the same vibe and high energy. However, the Jamaica performances are gonna be a bit different. Mi a kinda change it up, a different style of performance weh the people nuh get fi see from Aidonia over the years. Most of the time I perform, it’s for a set time space. However, fi the 20th, mi a perform fi the whole 20 years so you know seh it ago be different, definitely!” he shared.



“It’s not just about nostalgia, it’s about evolution,” Aidonia explained. “Yuh a go get the classic sound, but yuh also a go feel the new wave.”
