Jamaican dancehall artist 10Tik has taken a transformative step with his latest release, “See No One (Run Run Run)”. Recorded at Tuff Gong Studio in collaboration with New York-based production duo Something D’Lux, the single unveils a striking evolution in his sound.

Marking a swift turn in 10Tik’s artistic journey, the track leans into a more reflective, reggae-infused style, trading dancehall’s raw urgency for thoughtful introspection and depth.

Produced using the legendary Casio MT-40 - the same keyboard that birthed the iconic Sleng Teng riddim, the song pays homage to dancehall’s digital roots while reimagining them. Its bassline borrows from the original Casio sequence but flips the notes to create a heavier, more meditative foundation. Adding a hip-hop edge, Something D’Lux layers in vinyl scratches throughout the riddim, infusing the track with their signature NYC underground flair.

The release is accompanied by a music video directed by rising visual auteur Tizzy Tokyo. Shot on location in Downtown Kingston, the video captures the raw spirit of the capital while echoing the track’s haunting narrative.

10Tik, known for gritty street anthems including his breakout hit “Roll Deep,” now shifts his tone, blending reggae legacy with the raw energy of New York’s underground sound.
