Zion deLion and Jamaican Talent Swazz Bridge Cultures With “Nobody Bigger Than Jah”

The Nigerian Afro-dancehall artiste strengthens his Caribbean presence with a faith-driven collaboration featuring an emerging Jamaican talent, with the accompanying video shot during his recent trip to the island

Nigerian Afro-dancehall artiste Zion deLion continues building bridges between Africa and the Caribbean, recently travelling to Jamaica to connect with rising Jamaican dancehall talent Swazz. T

The link-up resulted in their vibrant new collaboration, “Nobody Bigger Than Jah,” a single rooted in faith, culture, and the shared musical energy between Nigeria and Jamaica.

Something special happens when African and Caribbean sounds collide, and “Nobody Bigger Than Jah” showcases that connection through a natural fusion of Afro-reggae and dancehall.

Shot against the scenic backdrop of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the official music video further captures the spirit of the collaboration. The visuals were handled by acclaimed Jamaican videographer Khing Cam, who has worked with several notable dancehall acts, including Valiant, Pablo YG, and Jahshii.

“Coming to Jamaica and experiencing the culture firsthand was special for me. Africa and the Caribbean share so much through our music, our energy, and our roots, and my goal is to continue building that bridge. Working with Swazz felt natural, and I believe collaborations like this can bring our sounds and cultures even closer together,” Zion deLion shared with Kaboom Magazine.

As Zion deLion continues expanding his catalog, the Nigerian talent is putting increased effort into establishing his presence on this side of the world. His recent run has also included performances across the Caribbean.
