Following the release of his latest single “Ghetto Boy” with fast-rising deejay Feloni19, dancehall newcomer Wynta is ready to show the world what he has to offer.
Wynta recorded his first song at just 14 years old, beginning a journey that has gradually shaped his sound and confidence. Now, with a growing catalogue and increased attention surrounding his music, the young artiste believes his moment is approaching.
“Me never skip the steps to get the stairs. Standard set from day one; when the spotlight hit me, it just a show the world what my city already knew,” Wynta shared.
His ambitions stretch far beyond simply making a name for himself. Wynta sees the work he is putting in today as the foundation for something much bigger. “Five years from now, me not just on the charts, me in the architecture of the culture. The dream big, but the work bigger. We want building a kingdom when them think we just did a plant a seed.”
His latest release, “Ghetto Boy,” sees Wynta team up with Feloni19 for a gritty, street-driven collaboration packed with raw energy. The hard-hitting track is produced by Top Ranks Entertainment, Mr Chin, Don Lee Records and dancehall artiste Merkz.
