Acclaimed global producer DJ Khaled is once again making history, uniting dancehall heavyweights Vybz Kartel, Mavado, Bounty Killer, and Buju Banton for a massive collaboration set to appear on his upcoming album “Alaam of God.”

All vocals were recorded at DJ Khaled’s We The Best Studios in Miami, and on Tuesday, the featured artists linked up on set in Florida to shoot the official music video. But the collaboration may not end there, as sources close to the project suggest that another major name could be added. DJ Khaled even teased this possibility in a post from the shoot, writing, “And who?” after mentioning all other features.

Rumors point to a major international star, with Lil Wayne being one of the potential additions to the already stacked lineup.

A remarkable moment from the shoot was the long-awaited reunion of dancehall icons Vybz Kartel and Mavado, marking their first time together since Kartel’s release from prison and a symbolic end to their years-long rivalry.

Also spotted on set were notable figures from the Jamaican music scene, including top producers Rvssian and DJ Frass, as well as Rohan Marley. Bounty Killer’s son Major Myjah and former Gully Gad member Flexx were also present. Photos from the shoot quickly stirred buzz on social media, with everyone involved sharing moments from the set.

This isn’t Khaled’s first dive into dancehall collaborations. In 2019, he featured Buju Banton, Capleton, and Bounty Killer on “Holy Mountain.” That was followed by “Where You Come From” in 2021 and “These Streets Know My Name” in 2022, which included Skillibeng, Buju Banton, Bounty Killer, Sizzla, and Capleton.
