Tarrus Riley continues to see strong global streaming numbers
Reggae superstar Tarrus Riley has steadily built an impressive repertoire over the years, delivering a string of standout records across his catalog. His official YouTube channel alone has generated over 251 million views, reflecting the depth and consistency of his work.
Since partnering with VP Records for distribution on his early albums to expand his global reach, Tarrus Riley’s overall viewership has surpassed 450 million. His most-viewed track, “She’s Royal,” has racked up over 147 million views on VP’s channel, while “Superman” from 2010 has crossed the 53 million mark.
The singer has also distributed music through the Zojak World Wide channel, where two of his standout tracks, “My Day” with 21 million views and “123 I Love You” with 15 million views, have performed strongly. His catalog also includes “Don’t Come Back,” released via Rvssian’s channel in 2017, which has surpassed over 23 million views. He also teamed up with Shenseea on the 2020 smash “Lighter,” which has racked up over 129 million views to date on her official channel, though those figures are not included in his overall totals.
Among the top-performing releases on his own channel is “Simple Blessings” featuring Konshens, produced by Chimney Records on the All Night riddim, with more than 57 million views. Other leading tracks include “Just The Way You Are” with 49 million views and the 2013 hit “Gimme Likkle One Drop,” which has amassed over 43 million views.
Meanwhile, the singer continues to expand his Singy Songbook acoustic series, showcasing live, stripped-down performances. Produced by Kareem “Remus” Burrell, the latest release, “Burning Desire / Riley Style (Live Acoustic),” delivers a deeply emotive take on love. Backed by warm acoustic instrumentation and supported by XTM Nation, Tarrus Riley’s soulful vocals bring out the intensity and passion that define the performance.
