Skippa hits 200M YouTube milestone
Red-hot dancehall artiste Skippa has officially surpassed 200 million total views on YouTube. Although his official YouTube channel launched in 2018, the deejay has surged to the forefront of the new generation, delivering hit after hit and becoming one of the most talked-about names in the game over the past two years.
His most-viewed single, “Hugo,” has racked up over 13 million views, while his latest viral smash “WYFL” has already amassed over 3.5 million views since its release, well on pace to become one of his biggest records yet.
Across the platform, Skippa’s presence continues to dominate, with previous releases maintaining strong momentum: “Cash Code” (6.4M), “Go” (4.4M), “Mozart” (4.1M), “JR Gong” (3.5M), among others steadily climbing.
With his singles consistently charting and commanding attention, Skippa’s estimated YouTube earnings, based on typical CPM rates, could range between $200K and $500K USD, before revenue sharing.
After nearly two years of carving out his own lane, Skippa is cementing himself as one of the new generation’s most dominant and consistent voices in dancehall. Meanwhile, he is set to headline the No Ordinary Experience event in Brooklyn on January 31, 2026, signaling yet another milestone in his rapid rise.
