Dancehall heavyweights Skeng and Tommy Lee Sparta surprised fans on Friday with the release of “Protocol Pt. 3,” completing their popular Protocol trilogy.
The latest instalment sees Tommy Lee Sparta delivering another standout performance with his distinctive flow, while Skeng returns with his signature military-inspired delivery, unleashing sharp punchlines and catchy phrases aimed at enemies and doubters.
Produced by Uncle Recordz, the final instalment arrives with high expectations following the massive success of the original “Protocol,” which has amassed over 122 million views on YouTube, while “Protocol Pt. 2” has surpassed 12 million views.
Released in 2021, the original “Protocol” became a colossal Dancehall hit shortly after Skeng's breakthrough, helping cement his place among the genre's rising stars. It remains the Spanish Town native's most-viewed single to date, followed by “Gvnman Shift,” with over 72 million views.
The two Dancehall stars previously joined forces with Nicki Minaj on “Disappear Season,” adding another high-profile collaboration to their growing catalogue of joint releases.
