Sean Paul to mark The Trinity anniversary with special Jingle Ball performance

American media company iHeartRadio announced on Friday that global dancehall icon Sean Paul will perform at this year’s annual Jingle Ball in Boston on December 14, 2025, powered by Capital One.

The annual iHeartRadio Jingle Ball tour kicks off in early December with shows every few days, and on Sunday, December 14 in Boston, Sean Paul will share the stage with performers including Ed Sheeran and Moliy.

The performance comes just ahead of the 20th anniversary of Sean Paul’s Grammy-nominated album The Trinity, the landmark project that propelled him to international superstardom and solidified his legacy as one of music’s most influential voices.

Released in 2005, The Trinity delivered some of Sean Paul’s most iconic chart-toppers, including “We Be Burnin’,” “Temperature,” and “Give It Up to Me.” The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart and climbed to No. 5 on the Billboard 200, marking a major crossover success.

To this day, The Trinity stands as one of the best-selling reggae/dancehall albums of all time, a landmark project that showcased Sean Paul’s unmatched ability to blend Jamaican dancehall with mainstream pop and hip-hop.

Just this year, Sean Paul toured extensively across Europe, with stops in cities like Zagreb and Helsinki, before joining Wiz Khalifa in North America for the Good Vibes Only Tour.

Over two decades into his career, Sean Paul continues to dominate charts and stages worldwide. With eight Grammy nominations, more than 15 billion streams, and collaborations with global superstars across multiple genres, he has consistently elevated dancehall culture and pushed it onto the world stage.

Most recently, Sean Paul added to his legacy with his infectious single “Ginger”, which has become his 24th career entry on the Billboard charts, proving his music continues to resonate with both longtime fans and a new generation of listeners.
