Rising Savanna-la-Mar-native artiste Rymey Gad
Fast-rising dancehall artiste Rymey Gad continues to cement his place as one of western Jamaica's most active emerging talents with the release of his new single “Chedda,” produced by Freezone Entertainment.
Built around themes of ambition, success, and the pursuit of wealth, the track finds the Westmoreland deejay delivering confident lyrics, catchy melodies, and his signature energetic flow, further showcasing his versatility while continuing to build on his growing momentum.
Freezone Entertainment producer Miguel Brown praised the talent Rymey Gad brings to the table while highlighting the growing wave of artistes emerging from western Jamaica. “Working with Rymey Gad on this project was a great experience. As someone representing the west, I know there's a lot of untapped talent here, and ‘Chedda’ is another example of the quality of music we're creating. We want the world to recognize what WestSyde Jamaica has to offer,” Brown said.
Hailing from Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland, Rymey Gad continues to prove that Jamaica's next generation of dancehall stars can emerge from rural communities, carrying the sound and culture of western Jamaica to audiences far beyond the island.
