Under the banner of Streetz Festival, dancehall superstar Popcaan delivered a standout performance before thousands of Jamaican fans at the National Stadium in Kingston on Saturday night. The show marked his first live band concert in the capital in more than a decade and underscored both the event’s growing stature and Popcaan’s global appeal, with international artists joining the lineup.
The “Unruly Boss” made a dramatic entrance, descending by crane in overalls while performing his spiritual anthem “Nothing Without God,” reminiscent of his unforgettable entrance at the flagship Unruly Fest in 2019.

For over an hour and a half, Popcaan kept the stadium energized with a passionate, hit-filled set. From classics such as “Clean” and “Inviolable” to crowd favorites like “Clarks” and newer hits including “Lifestyle,” the deejay delivered with precision and flair.
Adding a personal touch to the evening, Popcaan invited his partner Toni-Ann Singh on stage, and together they shared a heartfelt performance of their duet “Next to Me.”
True to form, the night also featured surprise cameos, with Najeeriii, Popcaan’s younger brother Natebadz, and American rapper 21 Savage electrifying the audience. Speculation about Savage’s appearance had circulated prior to the event, with rumors first reported by Kaboom Magazine.
Veteran reggae artist I-Wayne set the tone earlier in the night, performing timeless hits such as “Lava Ground,” “Living in Love,” and “Can’t Satisfy Her.”

With its fifth staging overall, and the third consecutive in Kingston, Streetz Festival marked another successful night on Jamaica’s live entertainment calendar.
