Dancehall superstar Popcaan is riding a wave of international recognition as Amazon Music spotlights the Unruly Boss as the new face of its Caribbean category, which highlights Dancehall, Reggae, Soca, and other subgenres from across the region.

The spotlight comes at a perfect time for Popcaan, following the release of his highly acclaimed sixth studio album, Nothing Without God, earlier this month. Featuring viral singles like “Immortal Life,” “Climb Up,” “One Million Bees,” and more, the project continues to build undeniable momentum for the 37-year-old artiste.

The St. Thomas-born deejay, renowned for his long list of accolades and international collaborations, recently added another one to his résumé, appearing on London hip-hop duo D-Block Europe’s new mixtape PTSD2.

Popcaan was also set to bring his flagship Unruly Fest to Canada before the end of the year, but in light of Hurricane Melissa’s impact, the event may be postponed until 2026.
