"Brace It" is the brainchild of the female Dancehall songbird, Ishawna who approached Grammy-winning international artiste, Ed Sheeran for the surprise collaboration.
The single was released last year in June and the female singer had shared the exciting news about the video in a post on her Instagram account over the weekend. “BRACE IT Official music video ft. Ed Sheeran premiers on YouTube Tuesday. Set a reminder” the post revealed.
The surprising collab plastered social media at the time of its rumored release and came about after Ed Sheeran expressed his love for Ishawna's remix of his 2017 hit single "Shape of You" in an interview; even singing parts of the song, to Ishawna’s delight.
This is a significant achievement for the 33-year-old female artiste which caught the eyes of the British pop star who has over 43 million followers on his Instagram account.
The Dancehall artiste known for her singles "Vroom Vroom", "Cheerful Giver" and most popular; the controversial hit single “Equal Rights” is currently signed with Payday Music Group since her move from Downsound Records.
