Hi Esteem Agency announces the appointment of Alexander Yeates as its new Head of interior design, effective April 1, 2025. The move signals an expansion of the agency’s creative offerings, complementing its established influencer marketing platform and the recent launch of Hi Esteem Records.
Yeates, a NYSID-certified interior designer and Managing Director of Ezina Limited, is known for his work on luxury private properties. He will lead the agency’s new interior design division, bringing refined expertise and vision to the growing brand.
“I’m deeply honored to join such a highly esteemed team,” said Yeates. “From my very first conversations with Stefan Amali, it was immediately clear that we shared a compelling vision. His enthusiasm and passion for the potential opportunities ahead were truly inspiring."
"I firmly believe that the interior design industry in the Caribbean holds immense potential for growth".
“To put it in football terms, this feels like signing for a top-six Premier League club—surrounded by incredible talent and I am driven to reach new heights. I am excited for the journey ahead and eager to contribute to our collective success," he added.
Hi Esteem Agency's CEO, Stefan Amali remarked, “Alex's NYSID certification and international exposure align perfectly with our vision for Hi Esteem Agency. His appointment marks a significant milestone in our expansion into interior design."
As Hi Esteem Agency continues its aggressive growth strategy, Yeates will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's interior design platform. His expertise will be instrumental in capitalizing on the increasing demand for luxury design in the Caribbean’s post-pandemic tourism rebound.

Yeates, "we have seen influential figures, such as Diplo, invest in the Caribbean"
“I firmly believe that the interior design industry in the Caribbean holds immense potential for growth. With the support of Hi Esteem, I am confident that I will have the opportunity to expand my reach and make a lasting impact on the Caribbean’s evolving design landscape, which is rich with untapped potential and hidden gems,“ Yeates shared. “In recent years, we have seen influential figures, such as Diplo, invest in the Caribbean, creating extraordinary homes that redefine the industry’s boundaries. I aspire to contribute to this movement, bringing visionary design to the region and playing a role in shaping its architectural and interior design future.”
