Dancehall star Chronic Law is gearing up to release his upcoming EP Punta Flex, led by the title-inspired track “Punta Cana,” which is set to drop soon. The 6-track project is slated to arrive this summer.
Widely regarded as one of the most versatile lyricists in dancehall, the “Lawboss” is known for his raw, pain-laced music that often reflects the gritty realities of his environment—earning him the nickname “Dancehall Therapist.”
However, he’s also showcasing his range with tracks aimed at the ladies, blending emotional depth with smoother, more romantic energy. He currently holds the #2 spot on YouTube’s trending chart in Jamaica with “NY Girls,” produced by CJtheChemist, while “Punta Cana” continues in that same vein.
The EP is produced by his own label, 1Law Entertainment, in collaboration with his longtime manager and collaborator, Bashy’s Collect Di Bred.
Chronic Law has solidified his status as one of dancehall’s most prolific voices, consistently topping trending charts. With over 1 million YouTube subscribers and more than 1 billion views, he continues to shape a bright future—set to perform at Best of the Best in Miami on Memorial Day, May 25.
