Reggae superstar Buju Banton has officially rescheduled eight dates of his current "The Overcomer" tour to 2025. This includes his upcoming shows in Boston, originally scheduled for August 30 at the TD Garden Arena, as well as performances in Philadelphia on September 1 and Hartford, Connecticut. These shows have now been canceled.
Earlier this month, Banton’s management announced that five September dates in Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Chicago were also rescheduled. However, the new dates for these shows have yet to be announced.
"Due to scheduling conflicts beyond my control, I'm rescheduling those dates to 2025. I want to ensure I deliver the highest caliber of experience, and my fans are my highest priority," stated Buju Banton in an official statement via his Instagram account.
The 'Untold Story' singer recently kicked off his tour in Fort Lauderdale at the Amerant Bank Arena on August 23, followed by a performance at the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, on August 25. During these shows, he brought out special guests, including Wayne Wonder, Gramps Morgan, Fridayy, and his close friend, acclaimed DJ, DJ Khaled.
