Bob Marley crosses 15 billion Spotify Streams

Reggae legend Bob Marley has officially crossed 15 billion streams on Spotify, marking his name as the reggae artist on the platform and secong highest-streaming Jamaican artist on the platform, following Sean Paul.

According to updated data as of July 26, the icon boasts 15,043,888,466, including three songs wihich has amassed over 1 billion streams.

Leading his Spotify singles "Could You Be Loved" with over 1.4 million, "Three Little Birds" also with 1.4 million views coming second and "Is This Love" on third with over 1.1 million streams.

Bob Marley's milestone places him well ahead of every other Jamaican artiste on Spotify, with only Sean Paul ranking above him overall. Among his closest compatriots, Shaggy has accumulated more than 5 billion streams, Damian Marley over 2.6 billion, Popcaan nearly 2 billion, while Vybz Kartel and Shenseea have each surpassed 1.5 billion streams. Skillibeng has also crossed the 1.2 billion mark.
