Beres Hammond set to make his UK Return
City Splash Festival has unveiled the first wave of artists for its 2026 lineup, headlined by lovers rock icon Beres Hammond, veteran reggae singer Gyptian, and dancehall star Jada Kingdom. The festival returns to Brockwell Park, London, on May 25, continuing its mission to celebrate the global impact of Caribbean and African culture.
Fresh off its indoor edition at Drumsheds in London earlier this month featuring Skillibeng and Armanii, City Splash maintains its reputation as the world’s largest one-day Caribbean and African music festival.
Jamaican OG and reggae legend Beres Hammond is set to grace the City Splash main stage for his first-ever festival headline appearance and his first UK show in eight years. The “Rock Away” singer will deliver an exclusive performance in Brixton, bringing decades of roots reggae and lovers rock classics to the heart of the community.
“Hold You” hitmaker Gyptian will return to the UK after igniting Reggae Land in August, while dancehall songstress Jada Kingdom gears up for her City Splash debut. They’ll be joined by veteran reggae artists Queen Ifrica, Lutan Fyah, and legendary roots trio The Congos, creators of the seminal album Heart of the Congos.
Local selectors including Rampage Sound, Channel One, Saxon Sound, Seani B, Robbo Ranx, and more, will keep the energy with live sets throughout the day.
With additional artists and DJs to be announced in early 2026, the festival’s sixth edition is shaping up to be its biggest celebration yet
