The Baddest Dawg in town is celebrating its 14th birthday by stepping into a new chapter with the launch of Bad Dawg Streaky Bacon. With this move, Bad Dawg is giving consumers even more ways to enjoy the distinct taste they’ve come to know and love.
The birthday launch signals a strategic move for the brand, blending innovation with accessibility. From its popular Golden Wheels to its growing presence on supermarket shelves islandwide, Bad Dawg continues to evolve while staying true to its mission of changing lives and creating shared experiences.

The product has been in development as part of the brand’s broader innovation pipeline, and the new Streaky Bacon stays true to the bold flavour that made the brand a household name. Early feedback from customers and vendors has been highly positive, boosting confidence in the launch. “Bad Dawg Streaky Bacon starts with high-quality pork belly, carefully selected for the ideal balance of lean meat and fat. The bellies are seasoned and smoked under controlled conditions to develop the rich, bold taste consumers expect. After smoking, the bacon is chilled, precision-sliced, and packaged to maintain freshness and consistency from our plant to the consumer’s plate,” said Head of Meat Production at CB Foods, Nathan Nembhard.
He added that the innovation lies in successfully translating the brand’s signature flavour into a new format. “This isn’t just another bacon. We’ve taken the iconic Bad Dawg flavour profile and extended it into a product that fits seamlessly into everyday meals while maintaining that unique flavour the brand is known for.”
