Dancehall artiste 450 will perform at Barbados Reggae Weekend on Sunday night, after missing his originally scheduled Saturday appearance.

“The artiste is in Barbados and will now be performing at Hennessy Reggae in the Gardens, powered by HOTT 95.3FM,” the organizers said in a statement.

Previously, organizers issued a formal release addressing his absence from Saturday’s staging, placing responsibility on the performer. The statement noted that 450 was fully contracted for the Showdown event, with concerns arising over travel coordination - a situation that could have led to further action before the revised performance date was confirmed.

Fans in the country have since raised questions about ticket access, with some asking whether Saturday ticket holders will be accommodated on Sunday at no additional cost. “I came just to see him and no show… does that mean I can come tomorrow at no further cost?” one fan questioned in the comments.

The full lineup features Popcaan, Dexta Daps, Kranium, Dyani, alongside veterans like Barrington Levy, Sister Nancy, Capleton and more.
