In a message shared on social media, the artiste said he had been made aware that “several of my songs, including ‘Whites,’ ‘Rich Sex,’ ‘Mute,’ and ‘Scope,’ were removed from YouTube following a copyright claim filed earlier this year.”

He emphasized that he and his team “take intellectual property and creative ownership seriously and strongly dispute these claims.”
Masicka further noted that “all songs released by Javaun Fearon were written by Javaun Fearon and released through the proper channels,” adding that his team stands firmly behind the legitimacy and ownership of the recordings.

According to the artiste, their legal and distribution partners are “currently addressing the matter and taking the necessary steps to have the content restored,” noting that situations like this can occur when “inaccurate claims are submitted through automated copyright systems,” which may temporarily affect artists and their fans.

Grammy Award–winning dancehall star Sean Paul has kicked off the first leg of his 2026 global Timeless Tour, drawing massive crowds across Europe.

The run of shows has filled major arenas with capacities ranging from 18,000 to more than 20,000 fans in cities including Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt, Zurich, Leipzig and Munich, before concluding on March 9 in Cologne, Germany.

The strong turnout reflects both the veteran deejay’s longevity and his continued influence on the international music scene. With more than 58 million monthly listeners on Spotify, Sean Paul currently ranks among the Top 40 most-streamed artists in the world, currently on #38, an impressive feat for a Caribbean act.

Montego Bay-born racer Tommi Gore is preparing to make history as he steps into the IMSA Lamborghini Super Trofeo Championship, becoming the first Jamaican driver to compete in the prestigious one-make GT racing series.

The 21-year-old third-generation racer began his journey at just five years old at Kingston’s Palisadoes Go-Kart Track and has since climbed through the ranks, including competing in Europe’s highly competitive GT4 Germany Championship, where he secured three podium finishes during the 2025 season.

Proud to represent Jamaica on the international stage, Gorre says flying the island’s flag remains a major motivation in his journey. “I truly believe in the saying ‘we likkle but we tallawah.’ For such a small island in the Caribbean we seem to make the biggest impact wherever we go,” he said.

Looking ahead, his focus remains clear: “Right now the focus is the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Championship this year, and I will be doing everything I can to represent our country at the highest level.”
